Editor's Notes

What happened · Week 2 · Biscuit

  • ⭐️ Star baker: Tom
  • 👍 Strong: Clara, Connie
  • 😬 In danger: Yannis
  • 👋 Went home: Danni
Biscuit Week sorted things out a little. Tom's Star Baker felt earned rather than lucky, and the 'Burn Book' mosaic was the kind of bake you remember. He's our new number one, and we suspect he'll be hard to dislodge. Danni's exit was the one we called, and we'd love to say it gave us no pleasure. Clara and Connie both climbed into the top group, and Connie winning the technical says the Cake Lady has more than one trick. Our worry list: Yannis was in the bottom group, and Molly has now been close to the edge twice. Audience Choice Week is a wildcard; anything can happen when the public sets the bakes. ❤️ S&A
  1. 1

    Tom

Star Baker. 'Burn Book' mosaic. Two weeks, two top-three finishes.

  2. 2

    Mo

Second in the technical. Steady as anything.

  3. 3

    Gary

Last in the technical, but we're not panicking. Yet.

  4. 4

    Clara

Into the favourites. Tiramisu cookies with a pun name.

  5. 5

    Connie

Won the technical. The Cake Lady does biscuits too.

  6. 6

    Nikki

Safe and solid. Still waiting for the big week.

  7. 7

    Gabe

    Mid-table again. Needs a moment.

  8. 8

    Moyin

    Miso caramel cookies. Quiet promise.

  9. 9

    Shannon

Back and healthy. Good to see her actually compete.

  10. 10

    Yannis

    Bottom group. Two rough weeks.

  11. 11

    Molly

    Survived. Barely, again.
